ABOUT RACHAEL LOCO
INTRODUCTION
Formerly a graphic artist for many years my passion and interests suddenly changed direction due to a breast cancer diagnosis. Faced with the possibility of losing my hair and eyebrows I started to look at permanent makeup options.
I had both my eyeliner and brows enhanced and was so pleased with the results and also loved the positive feeling that my new enhancements gave to me during a very stressful and uncertain time.
What a gift to be able to help others in this way, not only can I now offer permanent makeup options to those who are in need but I can also create more confidence by enhancing natural features and giving busy people back some valuable time normally spent on regular makeup application.
QUALIFICATIONS & AWARDS
I am fully certified in permanent makeup and was trained at the Highbrow Academy, Dorchester to the highest standards by two very accomplished and highly regarded artists/trainers, Kim Balaskas and Louisa Franzen.
Fully qualified in ombré brows, powder brows, combination brows, lip blush and lash definer. Also trained elsewhere to masterclass level hairstroke brows, advanced medical tattooing and scar camouflage, saline removal and tiny tattoo.

Permanent makeup is forever progressing and I continue to invest and educate myself in existing and new areas to give the best service to my clients.
In addition to permanent makeup training another aim of mine has been to offer 3D nipple/areola tattooing and I am so pleased to be qualified as an advanced paramedical tattooist having trained with world renowned trainer and artist Vicky Martin. I hold advanced certificates in both Paramedical Tattooing and also Skin Blend and Scar Camouflage. 3D nipple/areola tattooing is perfect for post single or double mastectomy either on a flat chest or reconstructed breast, breast augmentation or reduction, pale, small or uneven areola/nipple for any person.
Tattooing by the NHS can also be worked over and improved and refreshed.

I have a lovely, peaceful and private treatment room at my home 10 minutes drive from central Dorchester, Dorset, not far from the historical landmark The Chalk Giant and the pretty village of Cerne Abbas.

WHY PERMANENT MAKEUP?
